The Seeds of Learning® Online Cohort Community (the Community) is a global education and support network for parents and professionals who are passionate about childhood executive function (EF) and learning. It is designed to help you understand and support the root causes of learning challenges through the Sumpter Executive Function Framework (SEFF)—a groundbreaking and holistic approach to the assessment and treatment of childhood learning needs, created by Seeds of Learning® founder Tera Sumpter.

Once inside the Community, you are enrolled in a Cohort that guides you through three powerful learning Phases: Root, Leaf, and Flower Skills—move at your own pace or follow the schedule of your Cohort! Each Phase combines on-demand education with hands-on tools and real-world strategies. Bottom line? You’re not just learning what to do, you’re empowered to confidently put it into practice.

The Seeds of Learning® Community is for any professional or parent interested in executive function in childhood development and learning.

Our global network of members includes speech-language pathologists, teachers, occupational therapists, school administrators, psychologists, counselors, reading specialists, executive function coaches, and more, all working together to share strategies and provide support.

With the Seeds of Learning® Online Cohort Community, members are automatically enrolled in a Cohort where you and other professionals and parents will move through each learning and practice Phase—move at your own pace or follow the schedule of your Cohort! While you work through each Phase of the Cohort, you’ll have 24/7 access to assessment tools to identify root causes of executive function challenges, intervention strategies to target learning needs that truly matter, and a supportive community of like-minded professionals and parents to inspire and support you, every step of the way.

The Winter 2026 Cohort kicks off on January 16 with a Cohort Orientation! Then, work through each of the three phases with the members of your cohort, or at your own pace!
