FAQs
-
Executive function skills are the brain’s tools for focus, comprehension, flexibility, self-control, and planning. They’re the foundation for all academic learning such as reading and math, social skills, and everyday routines—and they’re key for a smooth start in kindergarten.
-
This program is designed for preschoolers aged 4-5 who will be entering kindergarten in Fall 2026. Whether your child struggles with attention or already loves routines, the skills we teach will support growth in every child, and provide you-their parent-with the tools to support them at home.
-
Each class combines playful, hands-on activities for kids with coaching and strategies for parents. Children practice focus, planning, and regulation while caregivers learn tools to support them at home.
-
This is a caregiver-and-child class—each child attends with a parent or caregiver. You’ll learn alongside your child so you can continue the support outside of class.
-
Absolutely! Activities are designed to be active, engaging, and developmentally appropriate—no long periods of sitting required!
-
We keep groups small-generally 3-5 kids-so every child and parent receives personal attention and support. Due to room size, we ask that only one parent or caregiver accompany each child.
-
Don’t worry! We’ll provide handouts of key strategies so you can stay on track, even if you miss a week. Please note that because group sizes are limited, we’re not able to offer refunds for missed classes.
-
If you’d like your child to grow skills like focus, the building blocks for comprehension, and independence—and if you’d like tools to support them at home—this program is a great fit.
