A Better Way to Support Executive Function
Inside a Structured, Supportive Learning Cohort for SLPs and Educators

Learn how to apply executive function strategies in real-world settings through guided teaching, live support, and a community that helps you think differently about your students.

Enrollment closes July 17. The community only opens twice per year.

Over 4,000 professionals from around the world have gone through this cohort and are applying this work in real settings every day.

why this works

this is not just another set of strategies

Most approaches focus on what the student is doing.
We focus on why they are doing it.

When you understand the underlying executive function needs, everything changes.

Inside this Cohort, you will learn how to:

  • Identify the root of student challenges

  • Connect behavior to cognitive processing

  • Design interventions that actually transfer beyond your session

This is the shift from reacting to performance and behavior to understanding it.

Who this is for

This is for you if:

  • You want a clear executive function framework you can use right away

  • You want a better understanding of the root needs behind student/client struggles

  • You want more confidence identifying EF breakdowns and choosing intervention supports

  • You want a better way to think through complex students

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want quick fixes or to simply check the CE box

  • You’re not open to thinking outside of the box

  • You do not want to reflect or apply what you are learning

what members are experiencing

  • “I now have a roadmap for assessment, treatment plans, treatment progression and how to move toward generalization so much faster.”

    Tai McShane Bilingual M.A. CCC-SLP

  • I have been targeting executive functioning difficulties for about 2-3 months using what I learned in the cohort, and 5-6 of one of my student's speech sounds have corrected themselves without targeting them. I am so overwhelmed with joy because this was and is the missing piece for me in speech therapy!!

    Mikayla Plemmons, SLP

  • “The Seeds of Learning Cohort Community changed everything for me. After 16 years… I was feeling like I wasn't making much of a difference… My passion was reignited… it changed my life for the better.”

    Mary Hadley, M.A., CCC-SLP
