FOR PARENTS

Where knowledge meets empowerment, and understanding turns into confident advocacy.

Grounded in research and real-world application, this is where parents learn how executive function shapes their child’s development, learning, behavior, and independence and gain the clarity, language, and tools to support and advocate for them effectively at school and beyond.

Practical tools, expert guidance, and a supportive network, all grounded in a proven executive function framework designed to help you confidently support your child’s learning and development.

In addition to our professional learning community, we are developing a dedicated EF Parent Community designed specifically for families. While it is not yet live, it is being thoughtfully built to provide clarity, connection, and actionable support for parents who want to better understand, guide, and confidently advocate for their children.

  • "I'm a parent of a neurodiverse child and I work with neurodiverse kids with big emotions. The value of this course is unbelievable! I have been checking around and so many EF courses skip the foundational EF skills. The depth of info and the way Tera has interpreted EF and laid it out is beyond what I have seen anywhere else for any EF course. As many repeat in the course, I love Tera's brain and am so appreciative for how deep of a dive into EF she has gone.

  • "I have learned more in these past few months of membership in the community than I have learned in the 15 years of searching for the appropriate therapy for my child. It has been my Eureka moment - "I found it!” I’ve learned how important EF is to speech, especially pragmatics, scaffolding his therapy, and the importance of child- centered planning. It's been life-altering for my son and myself."

  • "This community has changed my frame of reference for how I interact with my kid, and how I advocate for them out in the world. It didn't just make me FEEL better, it's made me DO better."

    Beth Marra

  • "I'm an SLP, but I joined the Summer Cohort as a mom. It exceeded my (very high) expectations! Every day I use one of Tera's techniques either directly or indirectly to help my kids. ‘Thank you’ doesn't even begin to cut it!"

    Kaitlin Alfermann

  • "Seeds of Learning is something I can confidently recommend to anyone, whether it be SLP, parent, caregiver, educator, anyone. The work this team is doing is nothing short of amazing.”
