KARA CLARK, M.A., CCC-SLP
Kara is a graduate of the University of Akron with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She initially started working at a private practice, which gave her the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including preschools, hospitals, and home health services.
After attending one of Tera’s presentations early in her career, she fell in love with executive function. She started implementing the strategies she learned at the presentation with her clients at the time and quickly saw results.
During quarantine, she found a love for providing therapy virtually and is now providing therapy 100% remotely by working with Seeds of Learning® families from all around the country and around the world.
She has a passion for educating people about executive function. She enjoys presenting information to and working with parents, adults, teachers, and students of all ages, specifically on how to improve their executive function skills in their everyday lives.
She is a mom of four kids and has learned to parent through an EF lens. Outside of therapy, she enjoys watercolor painting, growing flowers in her garden, playing dungeons and dragons, and tap dancing.
