Megan AHLMAN, M.A., CCC/SLP
Megan attended Case Western Reserve University for both undergraduate and graduate studies. Since 2014, she has provided therapy services to children in early intervention, outpatient, and K-12 school settings. She is thrilled to be a part of the Seeds of Learning® team, where collaboration with parents is prioritized.
Megan is enthusiastic about the implementation of therapeutic strategies to improve a child's executive function. Guiding a child's development of their perception of their environment and internal thoughts is a privilege. Megan has a professional interest in the treatment of language disorders and has found the techniques utilized at Seeds of Learning® beneficial for children with language deficits.
Megan has also personally benefited from many therapeutic strategies utilized at Seeds of Learning®. Understanding the steps involved with planning and recognizing roadblocks to initiating undesired activities has improved her professional time management skills and documentation performance.
Outside of therapy, Megan enjoys cooking, hiking with her husband, and coloring with her daughter. She is a volunteer board member of Keep Lakewood Beautiful, active member of Kappa Alpha Theta, and committed volunteer with the Northeast Ohio chapter of Hot Mess Express. Community building is Megan's passion.
