Executive function preschool groups

Give your preschooler the foundation of focus, comprehension and self-leadership with our Lights, Camera, Action! executive function classes! This playful, hands-on series helps kids build essential skills like focus, flexibility, and following routines — all through age-appropriate activities and fun. Parents join in too, learning simple, practical strategies to support executive function at home and beyond. It’s a class for growing brains and growing confidence — together.

session 1: Mondays 10:00-10:50 am
This 6-week session includes 50-minute classes every Monday beginning September 15.
Class Dates: September 15, 22, 29, October 6, 13, 20
Cost: $240 for both caregiver & child for 6-week session. No refunds for missed classes.
This is a caregiver-and-child class, so each child must be accompanied by an adult for the full duration of the class.

session 2: Thursdays 1:30-2:20 pm
This 6-week session includes 50-minute classes every Thursday beginning September 18.
Class Dates: September 18, 25, October 2, 9, 16, 23
Cost: $240 for both caregiver & child for 6-week session. No refunds for missed classes.
This is a caregiver-and-child class, so each child must be accompanied by an adult for the full duration of the class.

Our preschool groups are grounded in the work of Tera Sumpter, M.A., CCC-SLP, founder of Seeds of Learning® and author of The Seeds of Learning: A Cognitive Processing Model for Speech, Language, Literacy & Executive Function. Tera is an internationally recognized speaker and thought leader in the field of executive function. Her research-based executive function framework helps children of all ages build the cognitive foundations for learning through connection and purposeful support — and our groups bring that vision to life in a fun, supportive setting for both children and parents.
