Kjell Aansloekken, COO

Kjell Aansloekken is our Chief Operating Officer and unofficial Chief Everything Else. He oversees facility management, billing, and day-to-day operations, backed by more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles with global companies.

Kjell is known for his hands-on approach to problem-solving. Whether it is fixing a printer, tackling a surprise plumbing issue, or smoothing out operational wrinkles, he is the one who gets it done.

He also takes his role as snack curator very seriously, making sure the bins are always stocked with clients’ favorite treats, a responsibility he considers mission critical. When he is not keeping the office running, Kjell is busy living up to his self-proclaimed title of trivia master, armed with a seemingly endless supply of useless random facts.

On weekends, he can often be found stepping into janitorial duties to keep everything in top shape for the week ahead. And yes, in a plot twist no one sees coming, Kjell is also married to the boss, so you could say he is especially invested in making sure things run smoothly.
