Extra paper or a notebook for additional notes and reflections

Any personal comfort items you may want throughout the day (refreshments will be provided)
Yourself — the only truly essential item

Certificate of Completion process
To receive a Certificate of Completion for the symposium, attendees must complete the following steps on Day 3 of the Symposium:
Scan the QR code displayed at the Wrap-Up session on Day 3. If you will not be at the Wrap-Up session on Day 3, please let us know.
Complete the Google Form on your phone or device.
Be sure to enter a valid email address so your certificate can be delivered successfully.
Check your email for your certificate, which should arrive within two business days.

Ashland University Graduate Credit
Attendees may earn one graduate course credit through Ashland University by completing the following four (4) steps.
