This hub is your one-stop location for Symposium materials and resources. Everything is here so you can easily access it before, during, and after the symposium, and it will remain available for one month following the event.

    • 8:15-9:00 am: Check-in to get lanyard

    • 9:00-3:30: All day learning with Tera

    • 12:00-1:00: Lunch

    • 4:00-6:00 pm: Sip & Social at Symposium event center (optional)

    • 9:00-9:30 am: Small group reflection

    • 9:30-12:00: Breakout Session 1

    • 12:00-1:00: Lunch

    • 1:00-3:30 pm: Breakout Session 2

    • 9:00-9:30 am: Small group reflection

    • 9:30-11:45 am: Interactive Learning Labs

    • 11:45-12:15: Symposium Wrap-Up, Complete Form for Certificate of Completion

Recommended Items to Bring

  • Printed session slides (linked below), if you prefer taking notes directly on the slides. Printed slide decks and handouts will not be provided on-site.

  • Extra paper or a notebook for additional notes and reflections

  • Pens, pencils, or other writing utensils

  • A laptop or tablet if you prefer digital note-taking

  • Any personal comfort items you may want throughout the day (refreshments will be provided)

  • Yourself — the only truly essential item

Certificate of Completion process

To receive a Certificate of Completion for the symposium, attendees must complete the following steps on Day 3 of the Symposium:

  1. Scan the QR code displayed at the Wrap-Up session on Day 3. If you will not be at the Wrap-Up session on Day 3, please let us know.

  2. Complete the Google Form on your phone or device.

  3. Be sure to enter a valid email address so your certificate can be delivered successfully.

  4. Check your email for your certificate, which should arrive within two business days.

Ashland University Graduate Credit

Attendees may earn one graduate course credit through Ashland University by completing the following four (4) steps.

  • Click here to register. Additional fees apply ($185).

  • Click here to register with Seeds of Learning®. Additional fees apply ($50 admin fee).

  • If you registered at the two links above, you will be emailed with the final assignment prompt and directions to submit your response. The prompt will be due 8/14/26.
